I would give this place -5 stars if I could. I have called this law firm at least 88 times spoke to them 14 times then I NEVER heard back. I ended up having to pay 6 million in fines because they told me they would represent me and then never got back to me.
Met with Mr. Arthur on December 28th about a pending court matter. Mr. Arthur seemed very professional and eager to take my case, but sadly, that was just an illusion. I was told to wait a week for them to get all of the paperwork ready to send over to me so that I can retain Mr. Arthur. A week went by, then two and three weeks. I have reached out to his office multiple times as well as stop by so that I can get the necessary information to retain his services. Nothing! Completely ghosted me. Everyone is entitled to a change of mind, sure, but why not just have your office inform me? I’d strongly suggest to seek council elsewhere.
Completely untrustworthy. I scheduled a consultation for a pending court date, Mr. Arthur said he would take my case, shook his hand and never heard from him or his office again. Completely ghosted me. I reached out to his office numerous times, as well as showed up in person again, and not a peep. If this guy can’t give you a straight answer to your face, I can’t even imagine how he would handle a legal case.
