We purchased our house november 2023. Old owner was suppose to pay all the bills and when we confirmed our lawyer said it’s all good and everything is done. After 3 months we received the water bill and we contacted the lawyer we are not getting any respond from the lawyer. We also have garage problem since the old owner sent some fake paper work for the pest control and the lawyer said old owner did pest control and when we called one of the pest control agency they said this house was not protected from the pest control. We contacted the lawyer no response.
