Horrendous firm to deal with. They are slow with processing clients needs to hit target dates in transactions on top of awful communication. All Dave & Katherine care about is finding to cheapest options to line their pockets deeper. Steer clear!

Definitely the most incompetent law office I’ve ever dealt with. It took over 5 months to close on a house sale. The paralegal, Katherine, would rarely provide any updates and was often unprofessional, with 2 word responses when she did reply. I had to contact the buyer’s lender myself just to find out what the hold up was. Even after closing it took nearly an additional month to get the deed recorded. I would never again accept an offer with this office listed as the attorney.
