Joe is very professional, knowledgeable and articulate.I was in the process of buying a house during the pandemic and joe was referred to me by a realtor. We made initial down payment on the house but the deal did not go through and the seller was not willing to give me the initial down payment on the house and was unresponsive to the many attempts I made to discuss the matter. Joe got involved and he was able to get me my down payment back and also came to my job to hand the down payment check to me. I was so relieved as this was my hard earned money that the seller was just going to take from me. He goes above and beyond to make his clients happy and do the right thing by them. Joe was able to help me close on another house and made the process smooth and easy. He has become a true family friend and I am so glad to have met him. He is an awesome person and the best real estate attorney out there.

Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Poor communication. Poor attitude. He never knew what was going on with our closing! Sold property through his realtor firm and it had numerous violations on it. Highly recommend you to stay away. Only cares about himself
