I had a really bad experience with Tayne Law and I feel obligated to warn others.
I am rewriting this feedback due to Tayne Law Group filing a defamation law suit against me. I have nothing but major regret ever agreeing to work with Tayne law Group. I had a MCA loan that was out of hand with a balance $58,500 claimed against my business. I wanted a law firm to fight for fair rights and settle this reasonably. The MCA was charging fees equivalent to over 100% interest annually. She agreed and assure me they had settled these types of issue before. I hired her as them as my legal council. The expectation was simple. Negotiate reasonable settlement. I paid $3,750 to Tayne Law group. When my employees started receiving threatening calls from the MCA I reached out to Tayne Law Group. Their response was for me to report them to state or federal organizations for their practices. They told me they do not help with that. I the inquired where we were in the negotiation process. I wanted to know if we were close to a settlement so the calls would stop. I was told they wanted more payments and then they would negotiate. I hung up frustrated and stopped paying them. The response from Tayne law group was not only to keep the $3,750 I paid but to bill me an additional $10,677.50. The bill had 2 line items to explain the charges.
I used Tayne Law for the past 3 years and I’ve just finished up. I couldn’t speak higher of this law group. They really saved me when I was under financial distress and didn’t know where to turn. Everyone working there is helpful and friendly. If there is ever a question that needs answering they are there to assist you. They’ll keep you up to date on everything which really was beneficial for me. I owe so much gratitude to Tayne Law and their employees. Thank you so much for all of your help over the past three years. I will recommend to anyone who needs assistance.
