super helpful and great knowledge!! Our company we on the verge of signing with a marketing agency in Utah and need some legal contract assistant. We send the agreement to Marisa and she immediately pointed out the problem with the contract and how all the laws are based in Utah, and how the agreement terms can not be changed and we should not waste money on revising the contract because the terms can not be altered.
