Went to Jeremy himself as first time buyer. He was recommended by a friend. He charged me 100% upfront for the service. I said sure, didn’t think he would take advantage of me. BUT HE DID! The house didn’t go through and he kept the money when asked if i can get 50% back.

A realtor recommended me to work with Chin Chang and I felt so well taken care of. I’ve worked with 3 different lawyers at this point for purchasing and selling real estate and this was by far the best experience. Fast communication, summaries of the contract and her recommendations on next steps, clear explanations on all matters and a bright energy in the closing room. You will never find the attorney like Jeremy Wang! He is the best over the best. He deal with my client’s case very professionally and stand by their side to negotiate with others. He reply very soon if you have any questions to ask you find someone in his office to help you. Even i buy my own house I use him as my attorney. Despite some issues that arose from the other side, Chin and Donna never stopped pushing to ensure that we had the necessary documentation to close. I truly felt they always had my best interest throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. They really care about their clients, so I highly recommend reaching out to them for any real estate legal services in NYC!

I had an amazing experience working with Rong to close on my multi family house. First of all we closed much earlier than expected all thanks to her working overtime following up with the title insurance company, lender, and seller’s attorney. Second of all, she always kept in close contact with me and always responded to my messages promptly. Thirdly, she was very thorough with explaining certain topics and making sure I understood everything. She even explained again in Chinese just so my Chinese speaking parents could follow along and stay on the same page. Highly recommend to ask for her if you want to close on your house without issues!

I have been fortunate to have Rong Lin as my attorney when purchasing a house. She was patient and thoroughly explained everything that I wasn’t clear on throughout the process and worked tirelessly. We were dealing with an incompetent seller’s attorney and she fought for us. She was straight to the point in everything, and there was never a confusion I had with her. She was quick in getting back to us whenever we had questions. There are lawyers out there who just do the bare minimum to just get paid, but Rong was never like that. She had the client’s best interests at heart and genuinely cared.

We had a very good experience selling our home using the law office of Yeung and Wang. Jeremy Wang was always available to answer all of my calls and texts and guided us in the right direction. Rong Lin was excellent at our closing and really negotiated well on our behalf. It was a good experience. She is professional and has great interpersonal skills. Fiona was great at helping me throughout the whole process. Also, always available for me. A great team to have worked with!

I want to give a huge thank you to the two attorneys that handled our family’s purchase of a new home, Cherry Cao and Max Wu. Cherry is articulate, experienced, professional and easy-going. She explained to me the results of their findings in detail after doing due diligence on the property, answering any questions I had. Max is equally patient and knowledgeable, but most importantly, he made himself available any time I had questions about the home buying process. He would get on the phone with me to explain every clause in the contract and communicate with the lawyer on the seller’s side to maximize my benefits. I think Max has the potential to become a great law firm partner and anybody can count on him when buying real estate. I am so happy to have chosen Cherry and Max to be my attorneys.
