Dear Mr. Shulman and Mr Hill. I wish I had read these reviews before I retained you’re firm as my legal counsel. Your office staff is lacking the ability to actually look into a file before they call a client. The way I was spoken to today was complete. Nonsense needing to get information or paperwork that’s imperative towards my acquiring services via the government has become impossible. Just getting a card to be able to give to my pharmacist to get medication has become the task of the year. I feel like there was a shift in how I was treated after my company offered a settlement. After following up with the physician that was recommended by your law firm, a subsequent test was ordered via how I was presenting and symptoms that I am now having to the point where I can’t excuse him for any else on an established body part. The individual that called me back today was reading me off a laundry list of body parts that are not part of my case. Insisted to me that the affected injury site was not part of the case and then proceeded to read me exactly what I just told him. I told them the next person who needs to call me from their office better have the last name, Mr. Shulman or Mr. Hill. I would call that 212 number and ask for you guys but I have a feeling what I do. I am not going to get through. They’re going to send me to in a runaround. I can’t even get my paralegal who works on my case on the phone. I couldn’t even get the attorney who was covering my case the last time we were in court to call me back about what happened in the case for several days. They called me about a settlement offer with no actual number and then I didn’t hear back from them for weeks. Very uncommunicative very unprofessional and I highly doubt that you all are wanting to have your reputations sullied by Your staff, attorneys and your office staff inability to have a level of decorum in dealing with your clients. At this point, I am highly considering seeking alternate legal counsel. I do not feel that you are adequately representing me. I don’t feel that I am being informed of what’s going on in my case by the runaround and lack of response that I’m getting towards requests. I asked for something very simple today that I need to be able to get services to feed my children as I am not able to work. What I got instead was emailed an ad for your law firm, not the actual documentation that I requested that I can’t get from the insurance carrier because I have legal representation that isn’t doing a good job representing me. I am posting this up so you see this so you know that when people are saying this to you guys, I’m actually experiencing this behavior from your staff in real time. I’m not just some disgruntled person who’s mad cuz you didn’t win my case. By my name on my profile you probably won’t find my case. So when you leave your message telling me to call one of you guys at the 212 number, please let me know exactly what time you’ll be there and not what day so I can make sure that I email the response directly to your staff that blocks me from talking with you. Thanks!
