They are liars and disrespectful. I tried to kill myself inside building lobby. They don’t support transgender life.
In January 2024 I decided to ship for new floors. National Floors Direct came to my home and gave me a quote, took a $500 deposit while registering that it is refundable should I decide not to use them within three days. I cancelled within the three days but they refused to give me back my $500. Thanks to the Brooklyn DA’s office I was able to get my money back within a blink of an eyes. A very special thanks to Mr. Krishna Khawani, of the Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection. You and your staff has done a fantastic job and it is greatly appreciated. Case 24-043657-MI
