The worst experience I’ve ever experienced when it could of all been so simple. He upgraded my ticket and take me into taking a plea deal for something I didn’t even have a charge for all because he didn’t want to go against a state trooper. If I know what I know now I would’ve been better off just getting a public defender for this simple DUI case NOT for alcohol but for Medical Cannabis. Something that stays in your for up to 30 days. It cannot be proven when the last time it was taken and my case was dismissed. This lawyer left out that information and sided with the trooper on getting me to plea to reckless with 5 points something I never even got a ticket for. My advocate said he witnessed this lawyer bully me into a reckless with 5 points plea deal making me believe it would be drop down from the DUI but leaving out information that the DUI couldn’t be proven. I would never forget this experience. I’ll never recommend this attorney!
