Marcia Polgar Zalewski handled a closing for me three years ago. Her inefficiency, disorganization, and unprofessionalism know no bounds. I have asked her repeatedly for documentation regarding an escrow fund for repairs to be made by sellers. I have yet to receive it. Further, I have not received the $9,000 in funds set aside by her in an account allegedly to protect me. Zalewski has not provided any evidence that the escrow funds are still in her account. At this point, I find her lack of transparency and withholding of documents and funds unethical and dishonest. I cannot recommend her with any good conscience for any legal matter.
I sent her all the information she requested to do a deed change and each time she never got back to me to follow up. After several unanswered emails over 8 months, I found a new attorney.
I have contacted her 3 weeks in a row and get no response. My bill is up to date. I have always been reasonable with her. I guess I need a new attorney.
