Unfortunately, if I could provide negative stars I would. While I thoroughly respect the man and enjoy his personality, I essentially paid him $20,000 for a losing outcome in my divorce. He blew opportunities to fight for me even with clear evidence to present. When it came close to going to trial and he was concerned about how I would be able to pay him if it did in fact go to trial, he instead convinced me to sign a document under duress, attempting to persuade me that if it did go to trial I may end up in worse circumstances. Since hiring a new attorney that absolutely blasted Mr. Nehmad’s work (or lack thereof) on this case, we have made strides towards making things right. I am a single father of two struggling to make ends meet, but unless you want to spend a small fortune to obtain a less than favorable outcome, stay away from this attorney.
