We closed at his office and his laid back personality put us at ease while helping to negotiate the best outcome on our behalf. But don’t take the laid back demeanor for any slight in his work. Even after closing Peter was both helpful and essential in resolving an issue we had that involved a back and forth with the previous homeowner/attorney and we were able to come to a satisfactory resolve. That sealed the deal for us in that Peter won’t stop until the job is done. Cannot recommend enough.
