Terrible experiencing having this be our title company for purchasing our new home. Weeks after closing, they send me a package of 25+ papers that they forgot to bring to closing!!!! Then a month into living in our new home, the township sends me a bill for Q1 and Q2 taxes that the title company failed to make sure were paid during our closing!!!! Isn’t that the point of hiring a title company to make sure the property is ready to buy?? Terrible DO NOT USE All Ahead Title. Absolute nightmare of an experience I never want to buy another house ever again!
I closed on my property on May 23rd.,
Though I’ve been told all title agency are the same from my experience that is not the case. We were very fortunate to get to work with all ahead title on closing our house. It was a great and easy transition we were told multiple times from other companies that we were all good and our title company had already submitted the necessary documents ahead of schedule. We had the pleasure of working with Jeanine and she went above and beyond to ensure we had no questions and everything was smooth sailing. Which as a working mom of a toddler and a six month old made this process so much simpler for us. And Rick who helped while we signed everything away was quick and to the point thoroughly explaining everything we were signing. We couldn’t thank them more for helping make the transition to our new home possible and not have any hold ups.
