Call Fred dubowsky he was very Dismissive. He assumed I didn’t not have money for legal fees. And he didn’t take the time to listen and understand. When I tried to tell him I have money for legal fees. He talked over me and ended the call. I’m a little disappointed because reading his other reviews. I would think he would at least be willing to hear me out. Thank you!!!

Called this office with a general question regarding a commercial sub-lease. Mr. Dubowsky got on the phone with me himself, and provided what most lawyers would never think to…free legal advice. I called 3 other firms and all sent me an e-mail with a contract for lease review. They would not answer a y questions over the phone, and the fee was $750 just to look at the sub-lease. Representation, if required would be billed at $300 per hour with a $5000 retainer. Thank you very much Mr. Dubowsky, your assistance is greatly appreciated. Should we require representationtto resolve this matter we will certainly call you…as well as recommend you to others. GR
