Melissa and her team have been super helpful to me in recent years. In 2023 someone close to me was stuck as an unwilling buyer in a contract for a junky house in Cape May. The local attorneys and agents down there said they couldn’t do anything and time was running down on the inspection period as the July 4th holiday approached. Luckily I found MJPM and they were able to have the contract cancelled very quickly with no issues. This was truly a godsend.
