Gary Apfel, Esq. – Criminal/DWI/DUI/Drug Defense in New Hampshire and Vermont
Apfel Gary is a highly regarded attorney based in Lebanon, New Hampshire, known for his expertise and competence in various areas of law. Reviewers consistently praise his impressive information retention and case law recall, highlighting his ability to provide strong representation and insightful perspectives during litigation. Many express their willingness to seek his counsel again, viewing his focused knowledge within specific legal fields as a significant asset.
Concerns Apfel disclosed communication with prospective client, used his conversation with prospective client unethically and broke fiduciary duty even though not a client (exploited loophole to do so). Should lose his license for his CORRUPTION.
As a person with a clear understanding of and personal experience with case law study, review, and pro-se litigation I can say with assurance and without question Gary Apfel is a very qualified and competent attorney. I am always impressed by his information retention and case law recall. He is great at perspectives, presentations and litigation. His only limitations I see come because the the legal system in the U.S. varies so much by category (I.E. probate, divorce, criminal, civil, administrative, etc) that he is limited by field of study and representation. I don’t find this to be a detriment I actually find it to be a benefit to him because he is able to retain so much knowledge within the fields of his study that he provides very competent representation. If ever again necessary to retain competent counsel within his field(s) of practice I would absolutely seek a consultation with Mr Apfel (Law office of Simpson & Mulligan Old Etna Rd, Lebanon. NH) for representation without question. A fool sees a dime on the ground and walks by. A wise man sees a dime on the ground and invests in his future.
