I’ve used them 3 times over the last 5 years. In the first case, they made an error on how a settlement would be divided, costing me a few thousand dollars. Mistakes happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they did an otherwise acceptable job. Second case was resolved without issue or major complaints. Third and final case will be the last time I hire them. It is my opinion that the law at the crux of my case was never properly researched. Weeks (and thousands of dollars) into my case, their top employment lawyer mentioned that she’d put a legal assistant on the task of reading the law. After that I sent them an email with a ton of details on said law, pointing to precise elements that supported my arguments, but never got a response. When the bill arrived, it lacked details that I think are relevant. There was no hourly rate. It was just a list of what they had done such as “Discussed matter XYZ” and then a massive number at the bottom. I will look elsewhere for future legal help and I recommend that others do the same.
