2500 dollars for a misdemeanor , found a good lawyer out of doniphan for less then half of this for the same exact case with better reviews don’t waste your time here. Please read and believe these reviews from past clients
Would not recommend Jennifer at all. Would tell us we had a great chance of winning a custody case, just to get to the courthouse & tell us we’re going with our tails between our legs and not fighting. Accused us of “only wanting to fight” when we had genuine concerns for our custody battle and the safety of my step son. When the mother refused to listen to the court order, Jennifer told us to contact the police in the county we were to meet in. Then, refused to file a motion for contempt because we didn’t go to the mothers residence police department (3 hours away from our house) even though that is not what we were directed to do. Court was rescheduled MULTIPLE times due to her unavailability. When we called with questions and got her assistant (like I said, Jennifer was never in office) the assistant had no idea what was going on! Or if she gave his information/directions, it would be the total opposite of what we were actually supposed to do. We will not be coming back, especially with the $3500 down the drain for a lawyer that should’ve never passed the board exam. Pathetic!
