Eric and his firm lied to me for a year and a half on my work comp case. He had me t are high interest annuity loans on a case he never filed! Bills piled up, we lost everything, he had me in multiple fake meetings for court where I waited in a conference room while he pretended to meet with opposing counsel and the judge. He falsified documents, forged signatures, his firm covered for him. I blew the whistle on December 17, 2019 and he was fired that day. Never recovered all our losses and still suffering from the financial devastation.
Eric Roby took my case pursuing Workplace Harrasment. It was a strong case with very good odds of winning. However, after 2 years that involved a legitimate Mediation Meeting, I was told the case will go to court and he said he would fight for a much better settlement than was offered during the mediation.
Had a workers comp claim, he paid me part of it then had me sign stating that I would receive a remaining 2500 still from the company’s insurance. He would respond once a month but I never received the remainder of the money and he was then fired from that law firm. Still haven’t seen the rest of my money and the firm stated that he lied and I wouldn’t have received a separate payment. He’s a con artist at best.
