I ended up speaking with Mr. Cooper after getting a referral from a firm I typically work with on business matters. Mr. Cooper helped me understand what was going on with a particular issue I have been working through, and ultimately explained it may not be in my best interest to hire him at the moment due to timing of my matter (saved me $), as it should work itself out. He took time with me on the phone to look into it and was genuinely interested in figuring out my dilemma. He could have easily charged me a high rate for the advice and diligence he provided.
