I retained this company with great hopes. Case was filed. Yet when I reach out the case manager not attorney ever keeps appointments made. I try not to be a problem. But when you’re paying a weekly amount for someone’s service you expect professionalism. I’m not even that type of person. I’ve been blown off. Completely ignored by Nathalia, and so forth. The customer service representatives ask a million questions and are not certified paralegals or attorneys. They’re trained to say they’re busy and on the phone with other callers, but will mysteriously be typing back and forth to give open ended responses. I’m literally crying typing this review because in my entire years on this planet I’ve never run into such dismissive behavior. Especially from a business held at such high esteem. This has been a stressful and emotional journey while already having to file for bankruptcy in the first place. I hope others have a better experience.
