This company is a scam. I have been waiting for my deed to be placed into my trust since 2023. I have gone to the Alameda County Property Tax Recorders Office two times (March 2025 and April 2025) and the deed was not recorded. After numerous, emails and an untold number of calls which were not returned…and after paying $69 the deed has not been recorded. The representative, Helena Stehenson, said I should not worry about the title transfer because it wasn’t important. After, she received my $69 payment on March 4, she simply stopped responding to my email messages and phone calls. As of May 2, 2025, the deed has still not been transferred into my trust as promised.
Terrible experience Took 3 months to get deed documents. Then it was wrong addresses. They resent it and it was wrong too. They corrected it and it was wrong again. Frustrated I edited the address myself using Adobe
Said the don’t have jurisdiction in CA and hung up on me!!! Rude and unprofessional
