Didn’t realize how bad Tracey was until I got a new attorney. Felt like everything was checking the box. Very limited communication path. Before any negotiations were started my bill was 14k – everything they do is full hourly charge even just passing communication from opposing counsel – but hey they put their letter head on it. Get someone else that actually cares about your case and cares to communicate like they care. Blown away that I didn’t make the change earlier in the case when I first threatened it. They assured me they would put more effort in. It got better than worse again. I will be entering my first negotiation with my new attorney and feel so much more supported. Money wasted.
