I’m just gonna start out that I appreciate lipton law. that they will take the time to look at my possible case and not just blow it off because it might be too difficult , I appreciate you guys for at least reviewing it. Most people cut me off in the middle of telling them what happened and katy who I dealt with on the phone was very nice. And even understanding, when I began rambling, I’m hoping we can work together after your investigation.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!! They called me 8 months after taking my mom’s wrongful death case at a nursing home and dropped the case. Death certificate even has fall as cause of death and an CNA in bathroom with my mom and a family member visiting that witnessed everything and I was told they cant prove my mom’s head fracture caused her death. I’m am still in shock and scrambling to find another law firm. I don’t know how much more evidence they needed. Avoid at all costs. Something is very wrong. I pray someone will take the case this late after incident. Our family wants justice and doesent deserve this kind of treatment.
