I used this Bankcrupcty office to help me with my debt and they did a great job. iv seen some of the reviews and i think people forget you need to hold responsibly for your own case and check on it because a lot of the times things can be misinformed. they were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and pretty much stayed on top of everything. thanks lefkowitz group!
Aren’t there some sort of ethics involved with being an attorney!?! This Lefkowitz guy is a real piece of work. Rude, uncaring, and dismissive. His underling, Michael, was the opposite. They accepted my case over a month ago and I am still waiting to hear back from the many phone calls and emails. I don’t believe that Michael is to blame. I’m sure his boss is making these decisions that really affect me. Especially when time is of the essence!!! Thanks for nothing!!!
I hired this law group to help me file for bankruptcy, but my experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful. The process took nearly a year just to get started because I had to pay $1,600 upfront before they would begin. Communication from the lawyer was poor throughout. For example, I was at work and suddenly told I had to attend a court hearing I wasn’t even informed about. I had to drop everything, join via Zoom, and face questions from the judge without any preparation or guidance. It was embarrassing and anxiety-inducing, especially since I wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place.
