Very good people very kind and respectful they keep up to date with everything call you weekly to make sure you are doing good and to get updates ask how you are mentally physically and emotionally you truly cant ask for a better firm they are family operated which alone to me shows character within all em and got a lot of respect for that I switched from Mike Morris lame azz firm to jala and a I’m sorry but if anyone ever put anything but a 5 for the entire team something is wrong with them not the firm once I didn’t have a case manager anymore they took the role to help me personally schedule appointments if needed my accident took a major toll on me to where I legit I had to seek mental and emotional help and I was let’s say not so nice at one point and they were understanding they were not rude in return at all and if your reading this again I’m truly sorry but if you want a firm that truly cares and shows they care through actions and not words better hire them if not then the mistake is yours because I promise any other firm is gonna be talk all bark with not bite if they tell you something better believe it’s gonna happen they keep their word I mean I can go on and on and on but I’m sure I said enough to the entire staff I appreciate you and thank you I’m glade I switched
