Mr. Gust has a reputation as a “prison director,” and an “assistant prosecutor.” He is 100% only in it for the money. He’s NEVER had a case thrown out, and its mainly because he loves to drag out cases to attain more “billable hours.” I wish that I could convey into words how horrible the Gust team really is so that maybe I can prevent others, or even one person, from recruiting their office. People have found that a standard public defender is more effective and efficient than James Gust. Do yourself a life-saving favor and seek representation elsewhere.
