My spouse and I visited to set each other up as the other’s durable power of attorney. We also needed to update the deed to our home. We are very satisfied with the services we received. We first meet Chris Lindsay approx 15 years ago at a seminar about trusts and estate planning. I learned from my parents what NOT to do, and wanted our affairs in order. He was a tremendous help to us, as we worked through decision making about a minor child, assets, etc. A lot has changed in 15 years, so we did a complete revamp of our plan/trust last year, with emphasis on the next chapter in life. Additionally, Chris has made himself available to us as we work our way through my in-laws elder care issues, Medicaid application, etc. We 100% recommend Chris and his staff, for all related issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable and can offer suggestions and insight when there is a question you’re struggling to answer.
