This guy doesn’t return calls or talk to you about the case went to prison in 2018 after he got me a plea agreement county cap did 2yrs.. He’s a professor of law at CMU hope he actually teaches the students
Very disappointed. In my opinion it didn’t seem like he had time for me, we have no lawyer client relationship, I don’t feel as if he tried to defend me as much as he tried to talk me into the plea.. there is no office hours for his office because as far as I can tell they open around 9 and close around two.. In my opinion I did not get proper notice of upcoming court dates (sometimes one day or less). And when I went to aquire different council, I wasted a trip because the court couldn’t contact him n I couldn’t an you have to have your lawyer present to request a new one or take the plea on the very last day the very same day I found out it was my last day… I was granted new coucil but told the plea bargain would be removed from the table if I choose to do so. I felt lied to on a few different occasions. I think he did a good job at sentencing for the most part, but I’m still very disappointed about the services in my opinion. And I would recommend not going with a court appointed attorney because in my opinion I didn’t feel defended as much as I felt tricked. Well played Isabella, well played.
