Chalgian & Tripp Law Offices, PLLC, located in Midland, Michigan, is recognized for its expertise in elder law, civil law, and estate planning. Many clients have expressed satisfaction with the firm’s handling of legal matters, particularly highlighting the attentive service provided by attorney Chrysa, who takes the time to clarify complex legal issues and ensure clients understand the processes involved. Overall, while there are mixed reviews, the positive feedback emphasizes the firm’s professionalism and dedication to client care.
Do not trust this firm. Our parents had a trust, and they helped one of six siblings change the trust (she had POA to pay their bills) and remove all the other siblings from the trust without our knowledge after dad was deemed incompetent. Upon his death, she is now the sole owner of our parents estate, leaving the five other siblings with nothing. Very shady, as pops was deemed incompetent at the time the trust was changed.
You would think after a senior citizen paid nearly 2/3 of her monthly income for an attorney to draw up the necessary paperwork so her family could inherit her estate without probating it, Weiler would remember to include a Lady Bird Deed, which would allow the family to take over the estate without probate at the time of her death. No. He didn’t. Wrote to Tripp and Chalgain, I guess they don’t care either. No one contacted me.
Spent $50,000 and they can’t even update a mailing address! I gave my new address to my attorney who told me to tell the office, which I did, and it was never done so mentioned it to the attorney again during arbitration. 2 months later when the case came to a close all the documents where filed with the county courthouse under the wrong address which I was unaware of. This caused a whole new set of issues as I was not receiving my mail sent from the county. I definitely regret choosing this law firm.
