Unfortunately this didn’t go well at all and I’m not talking about my divorce. Though the judge made fictitious promises that my attorney was blind too the biggest problem for me was the TERRIBLE lack of follow through. Brandon didn’t return phone calls and very few of my emails even though I knew Brandon even. It’s been 8 years since my divorce finalized and still don’t have a raised seal original copy of the divorce paperwork. Flat STUPID that I’m having to contact the court to get a damn copy.
Tony Ruiz has been an amazing beast of a lawyer for my best friend. It is crazy and unheard of what my friend has gone through and Tony has been totally all over and on top of the fight for him. Looking forward to being able to personally thank him face-to-face. I have witnessed and heard of only great things that he has accomplished in my friends fight for his freedom and rights being throughly violated through and through. If you want the best of the best, this is definitely the guy to hire. I don’t think I’ve seen another lawyer do better.
If I could give him a -10 I would. Did not fight for me in any way. Did not review my discovery or psi with me and didn’t contest to the judge handing down a double jeopardy.
