Very helpful with my case and very understanding of the situation
This office is extremely unorganized and do not turn in proper paperwork on time causing your case to be dismissed and you lose! No help after, say they are going to appeal but never do. He blames his secretary for everything yet he’s the one that doesn’t even show up for court twice! We lost property due to his negligence!! Use anyone else but them if you want any chance of winning your case.
David is honest and has all his ducks in a row, but I am writing this review for the secretary. She is un organized and loses emails easily it happened to me twice whare I had to resend things. I also was told I didn’t finish my last bankruptcy class and I sent that out the day after I took it and she couldn’t find that email. She finally called after they dismissed my case and now it has to be redone which I feel was not my fault considering I sent EVERYTHING on time she just couldn’t get to my email for some reason! Twice! So yes I am un happy about the secretary lack of information!
