Had to file a grievance against this “attorney” today for his conduct .
He was recommended. He came off as rude, short, and inconsiderate. Rather than set up an appointment or consultation to hear my case fully, he wanted a super-quick summary. My case was way more complicated than a rushed, two-minute explanation. He ended up not taking my case, which is not why I gave the low review. (I’m actually relieved. Someone who doesn’t value my time, let alone cares about my situation wouldn’t fight for me.) I gave the review based off of his comments and smart remarks: “You should’ve gotten a lawyer in the first place. This is what happens when you try to do it without a lawyer.” He also implied that we were trying to avoid the system or insurance company–neither of which are true.
Kyle is fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone. Happy to have someone like him on my side.
