I called to talk with a lawyer at this firm about a medical malpractice , and I had a knee surgery that the Orthopedic Surgeon messed up, causing my left knee to continuously give out. It gave out June of 2022, causing me to fall, breaking both sides of my ankle, toes, fibia, left shoulder bone, and tearing my rotaters cuff. Since then, I’ve had to have reconstructive surgery on the bones that were broken and on my rotater cuff. In the state of Michigan you have 2 years to file a malpractice lawsuit but there are exceptions which is the 6 year statute of repose but have to show proof that the surgery that was done caused the injury, which I have all the proof needed.
