There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Stuart Sklar. Our home was unlivable due to excessive water damage in multiple areas. Our insurance company did EVERYTHING in their power to not pay us for our tremendous losses. We were passed from agent to inspector then back to agent all to be denied. One man stood by us, fought for us, never gave up on fighting for us until a settlement was reached. Unfortunately, it is a common practice for insurance companies to take our payments every month only to deny a claim when it is desperately needed. If there ever comes a time that you have to file a claim for insurance, if that claim is denied or less than acceptable- there is one man to call. Stuart Sklar saved us on many levels and we are forever grateful.
Stuart is a greedy attorney whom disrespected not only on the phone but emails and texts. He didn’t do anything and wanted half of a dead man’s estate. He care more about money than the clients he work’s for. Needless to say he was fired on the spot. He still work’s whereas I’m retired and he was informed this money was for me to live my life on. He didn’t care because he let greed get in the way.
