Do not use Barbara Stooksbury as your attorney! She will say she has your back but she does not. I had to fire her and wrote a letter to the Indiana board about her behavior. She only followed through with the first items of my divorce and never followed through with the rest. My ex still owes me from the divorce over 200,000 thousand dollars. When I continued to ask her about what she is doing about it, she wrote an email to her legal group that she did not know she copied me in on. She called me nuts and wanted to withdrawal from “this nightmare”. No attorney should talk about you like that who is representing you. I now have to pay another attorney to get what is owed to me through the courts
Scott Smith is a horrible Attorney. Stay away. He is lazy and uninterested in helping you in anyway. I had requested to end my bankruptcy in June of 2022. It had been 5 yrs which made me eligible. It took until June of 2023. I live in a condo association and my pool key was being withheld on a false claim by the association. Scott Smith did nothing.
