Not pleased with the service. It was like they completely forgot about us once the retainer was received. I hired them to help with guardianship of my son. I was told they could postpone the court date till after the holidays only to find out the day before after calling several times that they were unable to postpone the court date. my attorney never showed up for the court date they sent one of the associates that I had never met. I wonder if they would have even contacted me had I not called the office multiple times. It’s been a few weeks I’m still waiting on copies of the guardianship papers but they did find time to send me an additional bill. very disappointed was thinking about hiring them for some estate work I think I’ll look elsewhere.
