I don’t even know how they ended up with my garnishment. However they retrieved an overpayment of 186.62 of my hard earned money. There was a judgement issued by the court for a certain amount and they received more than the judgement. Brad said I’m not getting anything back. Is it legal to add fees after the judgement and garnishment have been satisfied meaning once they have started garnishing wages? How did a divorce lawyer end up with a realty case? Must be family. Advice to all pay close attention to your garnishment. STOP them yourself once you see you have satisfied judgement! They are not honest and will not give it back! Lessoned learned notes taken…..on to the BBB I go…….
