I found myself on the wrong end of a DNR citation for commercial operation of my drone near a state park. Although I felt I was on pretty solid legal ground, I still chose Dean to represent me in court. These laws can be very complex for district courts that don’t normally hear these kind of cases. Prosecutors and law enforcement are not on your side in these situations. When you go into that courtroom with Dean, those people are going to know you mean business. The citation was dropped after Dean and the prosecutor were able to talk about many of the laws in play and what was in conflict. If I needed representation in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him!
