Never able to get ahold of her constantly brushed off by her paralegals. After several months of trying to contact her I was finally able to get ahold of her. Had to re explain a very complicated situation front to back for the third time on the money clock of course. Spent damn near my entire $15k retainer yet didn’t even no the break down of my custody rights or what I was paying to friend of court after sending her every doc requested multiple times. Finally after 7 months and her yet again asking me to start from scratch with her I requested a refund. What a joke that was she put in little to no work on my case what so ever didn’t even remember who I was or what my case was and tried to charge me the full amount. After threatening to file a civil case witch she so disrespectfully laughed at me about and wished me luck she decided to compromise and only charge me $5k for the absolutely nothing she had done in those 7 months! Ms long you are a joke you should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people in times like these and cases like mine. I will do my absolutely best to spread the word and see to it no one gets scammed the way myself and family have been.
