Wow, I quickly briefed her on my situation with as much information as I could in a shortened format, as to not take up too much of her time. But I found her personality to be extremely intense and argumentative. I would’ve loved to pay her the retainment fee and get the ball rolling, bc I’d heard so many great things. Now that I’m ready, I’ve been waiting to hire a lawyer, to speak with HER (my aunt was a client of hers) but, I’m in shock; very hostile and angry energy!! I had to ask her if it was something I said/did, or if the call was interfering with her day because she seemed intensely rushed and bothered. When preparing to ask her a question, she’d interrupt and demand to know what the question is before I could ask it. That was such an intense call which absolutely interrupted my day and time. Sending her love anyway, b/c she must be going through something awful today.
I have used Ms. Delia Miller as my family attorney to file a motion post divorce, just few months after filing my divorce. The list she started with to my spouse was of 10 bullets and at the time of the court she was able to address and get me paid what it was owed to me and also had me opted in FOC. She was is very knowledgeable of the judges, strategy, other attorneys. She has a great rapport and she is very efficient. Her reputation is intact and you won’t be disappointed. I had back luck with my former attorneys, and don’t recommend them. I wish I had Ms. Delia Miller since day 1 for my divorce. Please consider her on your attorney interviews. She is quick, efficient, and very savvy. Yet she is not aggressive. I highly recommend her
