Kim represent me on me in a custody hearing for my kids in Midland, my ex lawyer states why don’t I not drink alcohol with the kids because I am a drunk. I am a casual drinker, in Midland all dads are drunk. I discuss with Kim together and he tells me it would be good for me to do this and I agreed to not drink alcohol with the kids, at the time I did not know that if I got a positive alcohol test while with the kids that I would lose parenting time with my kids down to every other weekend.
