I hired Rick Pattison and paid a $3,500 retainer, expecting effective legal representation. However, my case was delayed for a month after payment, and when it did move forward, deadlines set by the court were missed. He failed to inform me he is not able to be present in the courtroom in front of Hon. Tina Yost Johnson – I had to find that out from the judge. I hired Rick for a modification of Parenting Time and yet, 4 months later, he did not accomplish getting that motion heard. Despite my repeated requests, he failed to take necessary actions on my behalf and instead seemed to work in favor of the opposing attorney and what she wanted. Communication was poor, billing practices were questionable, and when I requested that he withdraw from my case, he refused. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.
Attorney Richard Pattinson has served me amazingly over the years. He has represented from tickets all the way through Family Court he’s always conducted himself in a very professional manner and is my first choice for legal representation. Thanks Rick.
Very unorganized, he charged me for time he spent with other clients and taking calls about other cases. He is just after your money I would give zero stars if it was an option because he’ll scare you into using him and then give you incredibly bad representation
