This is a little long but so was our experience with Ligis. Allow me to explain. We live in the midwest and decided to sell our property that we own in Somerville, Mass. This used to be our primary residence years ago. We listed the house and went under contract to close within a couple of weeks. For the closing we were referred to Liz Barletta and her team at Legris and Associates. Liz was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and explained everything in lots of detail. She walked me through how a 1031 exchange is done and even referred me to an intermediatery that would manage and complete the transaction.
