This bank has very little customer service! I had called before going in, and I was advice to come in to the branch. So I did and when I arrived with my husband I was told that they can only see one person at a time. So I waited in the lobby and a woman kept telling me that they only allowed so many people in. She kept coming at me to the point that she told me to wait outside in my car. Basically push me away with my baby. I was disappointed and upset because I made the necessary precautions of calling ahead of time. Not only that the CSR did not help at all with assisting my husband the proper service. Very poor customer service!
