I agree with the billable hours being exaggerated. They also messed up the lease contingency and the lease started early and cost us an extra $30k and immediately after told us they wont continue until we paid them. Snee told us they would fight for us tooth & nail but when the time came he didn’t put up a fight at all. The day of the liquor hearing he called us by the wrong names. The guy is old for the job and it shows. In my opinion he’s a crook. He knew how the hearing would turn out and continued to grab as much money as he could. Be prepared to spend a lot for his services!
