My family had the opportunity to work with Tony Heper, and while the attorney handling my case was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to achieving the best outcome—the support staff (Tania, etc.) are very unresponsive and disorganized, leading to multiple instances of miscommunication and delays that added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Despite the attorney being aware of these issues, there was never any change. Additionally, when another family member requested documents filed, the response was that records are deleted after five years, which I find insane since many immigration cases take beyond five years. While I highly recommend the attorney for their exceptional legal skills and dedication, I hope the firm addresses the issues with their support staff to improve the overall client experience.
