Excellent! Mr. Gladstone spent time with me over the phone and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. While his office did suggest I find someone closer to the courthouse to represent me (which I understood) they took the time to fill me in on what I was looking at and better prepared me for my next phone call. A few minutes on the phone went a long way for me. I could not be more thankful.
