If i could 0 stars I would. What an absolute disgrace. They didn’t talk to me 95% of the time i used them and when they did they were rude and condescending. They talk to you like absolute trash on the phone in ways they would never talk to someone in real life. I started my case in february of 24, essentially heard very little until it was time for my hearing in november and then i heard nothing for months. I got a call saying the case went well but when i asked for physical proof I got radio silence for months until they wanted me to pay my final balance. Finally after complaining that this felt like malpractice I got a halfsheet of documentation that said the case was dismissed with a plea bargain. To this day i don’t have the context of what that plea is, or any additional information on the case but the little i did receive I got 6 months after my case was resolved. Finally collections threatened to sell my debt to another firm and then proceeded to do so even though they put in writing that I had 5 days(i got 24 hours). Apparently the “CFO” got it rescinded but collections claims they never sent it at all and when i asked questions about what actually happened he said i was annoying him and hung up the phone in my face. But not before he threatened me to cancel my payment arrangement for calling him. My trial attorney threatened to hang up on me before that for asking questions. The ends didn’t justify the means and I hope you don’t feel tough because you hang up on clients. Awful way to treat anyone but especially a disabled vet
Mr. Rahi spoke with me and told me not worry about the case. He had the right information and was an effective communicator with the court. In a small amount of words he has a big impact in court today. A great attorney.
I would like to thank this law firm for settling my case. I first I didn’t understand the hard work that they had to put into not just my case but everyone else’s cases. I appreciate
